Rabs Handyman Services
We provide a subscription and non-subscription based Handyman service to the Northshore area.
What Our $49/Month Subscription Includes
Quarterly Visits
Our subscription includes a 2 hour visit to your residence once every three months to take care of any little project you would like us to work on.
Priority Service
With the subscription you will get moved to the front of our schedule so that your problems can be taken care of fast.
10% off
We give an additional 10% off for any additional work you may need done at your residence.
Our subscription covers the labor to perform the handyman work but does not include any material needed. Material needed can be picked up by the homeowner prior to us arriving or can be purchased by us with a 25% added procurement fee. If we are called out to a two hour subscription service and the job can not be completed in two hours there may be additional charges.

Small Repairs - Painting, drywall patching, installing appliances
Plumbing Services - Fixing leaky faucets, repairing toilets, unclogging drains
Electrical Services - Installing light Fixtures, installing ceiling fans, replacing switches & receptacles
Home maintenance - Pressure washing, cleaning gutters, door repair
Junk Removal

MEET IN PERSON
One of our team members will meet you at your house to discuss if your subscription would be a good fit for you. We want to make sure that are getting your moneys worth.
SET UP SUBSCRIPTION
While meeting in person we will be able to help you sign up for the subscription to help take any confusion out of the process.
SERVICE BEGINS
Once approved we can set up our first visit and help you schedule out your next quarterly visits.
